Stay away from the time-suckers.
Avoid the “Pig-Pen” personalities who want to bring you down with their dust storm of negativity.
Keep a schedule and follow it meticulously.
Keep your eyes on your own prize. Do not let others dissuade you from your path or goals.
People are like crabs in a pot of boiling water–they will try to bring you down, whether it be consciously or not. Never forget that.
Associate with positive, productive people who can inspire you in some way. I believe everyone has something valuable to contribute to the world, so I don’t mean this to be judgmental toward individuals who are not successful. There are varying degrees of success. Vary your time with individuals accordingly.
